Why is the picture dark?
The aquarium light isn't very bright so that the fish aren't dazzled by it. It is only on during the day so the fish can get some rest/sleep.
I can't see the webcam at all.
You will need a Flash plugin for your browser to view fishycam. Please check you have one installed and that other Flash websites work.
All I can see is a white box and no fish.
The link to the camera might be down or you might be viewing already in another browser window/tab.
I was watching the fish cam, but it stopped.
The image updates normally a few times per second but sometimes will pause/stop. Please press refresh if it hasn't updated after 10 seconds.
