Answers to frequently asked questions...

The fish are all normal goldfish and get fed once a day (or less as most pet goldfish die from stress or being fed too much). They get fed goldfish food flakes mostly but get "daphnia", "bloodworms" and other disgusting things sometimes!

The tank is 4 foot long so they have quite a bit of room to chase each other, play and look for food. They like biting people's fingers and anything that might be food. They also seem to like watching TV.

The camera is an Axis 207w network camera, connected to a wireless router. It produces an MPEG stream that is downloaded by the server (over ADSL) and fed into ffmpeg which converts it to a Flash video file which is served by ffserver.
